The talk combines social media analysis, critical thinking, nutritional science and communication psychology.

Investigative research shows how a globalised system is maintained at the expense of animals, the environment and human rights for the profit of a few. Along the transport routes, responsibility, oversight and transparency disappear — along with the question of who is actually held accountable.
