When and where does the congress take place?
The Animal Rights Congress 2026 takes place from 23 to 25 October 2026 at Photobastei Zürich. You can find travel details on the 'Venue & Travel' page.
How can I register?
Registration is done directly on our website. Click on 'Registration' in the navigation and fill out the form. After submitting, you will receive a confirmation by email.
How much does participation cost?
Current ticket prices will be announced shortly. We offer various categories, including reductions for school pupils, students, and people with low incomes.
Is the congress accessible?
We are committed to making the congress accessible to everyone. All main venues are step-free. Detailed information can be found on the 'Accessibility' page. If you have specific support needs, you can let us know in the registration form or by email.
Will there be vegan food?
Yes. All catering at the congress is vegan. You can indicate special dietary needs in the registration form.
In which languages are the sessions held?
Most talks are held in German or English. The language of each session is clearly indicated in the programme. Simultaneous interpretation German/English is planned for the keynote.
Will the talks be recorded?
Individual talks will be recorded and published after the congress. Whether a session will be recorded is indicated in the programme with a symbol.
Can I also participate spontaneously?
We recommend prior registration, as capacity is limited. Registration is mandatory for some workshops. Day-of tickets may be available at the door.
